Marc Murphy grew up the son of a globetrotting diplomat. Living in Milan, Paris, Rome and Genoa gave him as an excellent education in French and Italian cuisine cooking at Le Miraville in Paris, Alain Ducasses’ Louis XV in Monte Carlo and Le Cirque in New York. Today, he serves as the Owner/Executive Chef of Benchmarc Restaurants. He is also a judge on Food Net- work’s Chopped and author of Season with Authority. For this class, Marc will be recreating the contemporary bistro cuisine of his first restaurant, Landmarc. The sophisticated menu will blend French and Italian favorites, perfect for family gatherings.
